Job Postings The Stage - House Manager The Stage at Island Park, home of the Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre is looking for two House Managers to job share. Each position is responsible for ensuring that the audience or renter has a safe, relaxed and pleasant experience in the venue. These individuals will coordinate with the box office manager, stage manager, ushers, and front of house volunteers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the venue space. A BA in Theatre Arts preferred or experience in theatre management. Each position will work 20 to 30 hours per week, this would include daytime and/or evening and weekend hours as the schedule requires. Salary: Position offers $12 to $14.00 per hour (dependent on experience). The Stage - Administrative Assistant The Stage at Island Park, home of the Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre is looking for two Administrative Assistants. These positions are responsible for weekly box office, mailings and general clerical work. Each position will have an added duty of daily database management or assisting in the marketing and advertising materials. A BA in Arts Administration or equivalent experience as well as working with a non-profit arts organization is preferred. Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of staff, clients, volunteers and community members. Salary: Position offers $10 to $12.00 per hour (dependent on experience).
