We have not seen any seizures in days now. I am hesitant to get too excited lol but very hopeful it is because the steroids are working. She has woken up dry the past 4 nights which is a huge success so far! She does get scared at night now and says she is seeing bad things (probably due to the steroids and her huge imagination). I noticed a glass of juice calmed her down when she woke up having a meltdown last night. Sugar low or thirsty perhaps, because she went back to her happy self right away. One day at a time- so far so good. IPP meeting went well today. Im assured that Alena will have the supervision she requires at school and her learning needs will be met. All supports there are in place. :)
