We have now been without AT&T U-verse service for one week. We have been told every single day that a tech would be here the next day because we were now a high priority and it would get fixed- then no one shows up. When talking to a supervisor tonight, she told me there was a state of emergency in Louisville and many people are without service due to storms. If you have AT&T U-verse, would you please respond to this post and let me know if its working or not. I would like to have some actual data when I call the CEO tomorrow. Thank you!!
