We have received several reports from our customers that persons are posing as Groome Transportation employees at the Atlanta airport. In these reports, customers state that the fraudulent person(s) are telling customers that Groome Transportation is running a holiday special with their “company”. The person(s) then drop unknowing customers off at Groome Transportation locations, instructing them to go inside the Groome office to request their holiday special refund. Please know that we are NOT running any holiday specials with these persons or are we partnered with any other company to offer a “holiday special”. All valid Groome Transportation shuttles will have our logo accompanied by a uniformed driver. Our drivers will never tell you that you must pay with cash; they also accept credit cards. If you are approached by someone posing as Groome Transportation, please report the incident to customerservice@groometrans with as much information as you have so we can stop these deceptive practices and continue to offer top quality customer service. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
