We have still not had the driver come forward. We are very sorry to think that we will be forced to pursue this as a hit and run and also charges against the witness that also pulled up and assisted the drivers in leaving the scene without reporting the accident. Please help us share this and hopefully get the word to the right person that in the end its much easier to just take responsibility and avoid charges.
