We have the following positions with one of our clients based out of Muscat. We need profiles / candidates from the GCC countries – especially, Oman and UAE for these positions. The interviews will be held in Dubai, based on numbers of relevant resumes. 1. Asst Manager / Manager -CRM & CSR: - ( M5/ M6) ONE POSITION (ONLY FROM OMAN/GCC) – Male/Female Essentials :Graduate in any discipline with MBA in Marketing + hardcore hands-on experience in driving CRM and CSR activities as a team leader for 8-10 years within UAE / GCC/ Oman markets in automobile or service / hospitality industries. Would be responsible for driving CRM team/activities including coordination of process/activities with the TPA call centre to ensure customer satisfaction enhancement, understanding customer requirements through data analysis to support in driving customer satisfaction initiatives, driving market development strategy etc. Would lead a small inhouse team and build the processes and culture for customer satisfaction enhancement and to deliver value to customer on a long term and sustained basis. Would lead and drive the CSR agenda / activities of the Group / Brand (s) business, as per defined strategy to deliver value. Must be good skills in reading, writing and speaking Arabic and English language. Asst. Manager: Media Buying & Press Relations: - ( M5/ M6) ONE POSITION (PREFER FROM OMAN/GCC) – Male/Female Essentials: Graduate with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Media buying and press handling, Must be able to build and manage relationship with media/press and agencies associated with the job role to ensure media space is acquired as per business requirements on a timely, efficient and effective manner so as to manage budget effectively. Must have experience in GCC region / Oman. Should be a good communicator in both Arabic & English and also have good negotiation skills. Must be an outgoing and pleasant personality- Prefer Arab Nationals. Sourcing : To be sourced from UAE / GCC – From Media houses / Publications. Ad agencies / Production houses / Film houses / Corporate companies, Institutions etc. Salary – Competitive Basic salary (depending on competencies, skill and experience of the candidate) with Annual Performance Based Bonus, plus family status benefits incl Furnished Family Accommodation, Family Air Passage, Company maintained car with petrol allowance, GSM Allowance, School Bus Fees Reimbursement for 2 children, Free Family Medical plus leave and gratuity as per Oman labour law. 3. Brand Executive / Sr Executive- Brand- ( Grade: M3 / M4) Position : ONE Position -- Can be Male/Female (single) Essentials : Graduate with Mass communication background and 2-4+ years of content writing experience, should have written for web, print and media. Would be responsible for writing for Press releases, Coordination with in-house design team for Customer Magazine for hosting on the web & releases in print. Would have to manage web content & updates. Sourcing : To be sourced from GCC, preferably people from Publication houses/ Newspaper / Ad agencies / Design houses/ etc. Salary – Competitive Basic salary (depending on competencies, skill and experience of the candidate) with Annual Performance Based Bonus, plus BACHELOR STATUS OR Family status benefits (as per grade) incl. Grade Specific benefits such as Furnished Accommodation, Air Passage, Job need company maintained car with petrol allowance, GSM Allowance, Free Medical PLUS leave and gratuity as per Oman labour law.
