We hope that you did not suffer any damage from Mondays wind storm. Wind is part of what is called vayu energy in Ayurveda, the health science of yoga. Wind can disturb vata dosha and un-ground us, literally sweep us off our feet and make us feel unsteady, agitated and susceptible to illness. Wind is also a central part of how we experience the late autumn. Yoga can help us to get re-grounded, to catch our breath, and restore balance. Seems like its the theme of the week! Come and ground, centre, and breathe. Judiths Wednesday classes at 9:30 and 1:30 will explore grounding vata. Hope to see you there!
