We humans all age just like taxes and death it is inevitable. However, here in my aging photos from 25 years old on a beach in South Vietnam to 47 years later at 72 years old in Minnesota, USA, I am determined not to give up but stay in shape especially the belly where it typically expands with age in men and women alike. All it takes is little discipline, some daily exercise and the right diet. I believe at 72 years and 138lb in weight I definitely look better in shape than I was at 62 years and 170lb, when I was doing Tsunami work in Sri Lanka where I ate lots of Plane food, airport food and did not have a regularity in my life for I travelled 7 times to Sri Lanka in 2005 with my body clock working like Zombie. Now my next goal is at 82 years to be better shape than now at 72 years, for I truly believe Health is always better than Wealth and if you do not believe me ask Steve Job and that is if you can locate him. In a nut shell, humans priority is all screwed up chasing the almighty dollar.
