We interrupt your regular newsfeed surfing for this public service announcement: DRINK YOUR WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you hear that? Did you soak it up? Did you drink it in? You MUST drink to flush your system and rid your body of the toxins and bad fats, candida etc. you have been storing for years on end. Yes, years. You know its been hanging out in there just waiting to ruin you. If you want results with your Plexus YOU MUST DRINK. Not just one or two glasses or bottles of water daily. YOU MUST DRINK a significant amount based on your body weight and any physical activity you may do that will drain your body of fluids. So heres a handy little chart to use. I call it drinking for dummies. ;) No offense. Its just easier than trying to figure your required amount. Screen shot this chart or just memorize your number and get to drinking! I also found this interesting little article with tips on how to get you to drink more water. Some very unique and Im betting reliable ways to make it happen. Drink up folks!!! There will be no shrinkin without the drinkin! The easiest and most effective way I know (and use) to make sure Im getting all of my water is to set out the number of bottles Im supposed to drink in my day and when they are all gone, mission accomplished. Dont leave them in the package or grab on the go. Specifically designate your bottles for the day. Number them if you have to. Put them on a separate shelf in the pantry, line the fridge door with your daily bottles. Find SOMETHING that works for YOU! Now just go do it!!!!!!!!
