We invites applicants for the following post Open Position - Technical Account Executive Responsible for representing the company by marketing and selling its products and services. Primary duties involve working with prospective clients by managing appointments, conducting demonstrations, closing sales and following-up on all activities relating to the customers. In addition to identifying creative ways to market the companies products and services. Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Conducts scheduled sales calls and visits to prospective customers. • Works with prospective clients to develop a clear understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands. • Conducts onsite or online presentations that showcase the services and products of the company. • Works with management to develop proposals, quotes and responds to RFI/RFP documents. • Effectively communicates features and benefits of solutions and manages expectations of prospective customers. • Works with the support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and timely collection of outstanding payments. • Maintains in-depth knowledge of the products and service offerings of the company. • Organises and maintains accurate records of all information relevant to each sale/project. • Conducts quarterly reviews with customers to ensure that IT Ltd becomes the preferred business solution provider. This involves reviewing our portfolio of products and services with customers. • Maintains customers accounts, including contact information, current sales activities and records for future sales. • Meets or exceeds assigned annual sales target. • Manage and maintain all marketing concepts laid out by the company Minimum Experience and Educational Requirements: BSc. in Business Administration/Marketing/or related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution. At least 2 years experience in sales/business development. At least 1 year experience in IT Sales preferred but not mandatory Key Competences •Excellent understanding of customer sales dynamics and requirements. •High energy and drive with good negotiation skills. •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly. • The ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships. •Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. • Must have a reliable motor vehicle Send applications via email no later than October 14, 2013 to sales@ingenuitytechjm Website: ingenuitytechjm & smsingenuity
