We just got a letter in the mail from the peru public library saying that we no longer will receive free library services... we live on grissom air base/eagles point and only the city of peru qualifies! I dont understand! I am very upset at county officials... I own my home and i pay Miami county taxes. My daughter is still crying. If i want to continue to use the library it is 75.00 a year... this is Crazy! Maybe someone has in site on why this is happing!
