We just got in some more fresh greens in our farmers market. Ms. Lynne brought in some Lettuce, Spinach and Kale. Thomasanna brought in some spring lettuce and onions. This is locally grown and chemical free! So on this nice hot day, doesnt a salad for dinner sound good? I am enjoying one right now as I type this, and it is delicious! Kevin did some baking again today. He baked Garlic & Herb Bread, French Bread, Rye Bread with Caraway Seeds, Wheat Bread, Four Cheese & Garlic with and without Sesame Seeds and a new bread ~ Four Cheese Garlic and Black Olive Bread (ummm). He also made Scones with and without Raisins. All made with Organic NON-GMO flour. Add some of that with the salad, sounds like an awesome meal to me!!! This is a photo of just a few of the loaves, the other he already bagged up before I could get them in the photo!
