We just lost a great person today, and injured another. All it takes to avoid this is to be alert, slow down, and move over for emergency vehicles and construction. All, As an update to this mornings Firefighter Line of Duty crash death in Kentucky, the Firefighter killed was the 26 year old son of the other Firefighter who was injured----his Mom. His 43 year old Mom is expected to recover from her injuries. Reports are that they were blocking the scene and a commercial vehicle somehow ended up striking the members. As in so many fire departments, many are related family members serving their communities. -From Firefighterclosecalls. Please think while you drive.
