We just received this private message: I would swear I saw this woman at approximately 2:45pm on 7/25 sitting on a bench at Whiskey Soda Lounge (closed) in Portland, Oregon. There a lot of oddly dressed people in portland but this woman caught my eye because her outfit looked like it would be hot. She looked very tired and was rather bent over playing with something in her hand. She was wearing the exact same outfit as the mysterious black woman in your photos. I also briefly wondered if she was black or very tan. Additionally, she had no cart but had a large black bag that she had sitting on the ground next to her. Anyway, dont know if this is possible. But a lot of people walk up and down SE Divison and I wouldnt be surprised if others saw her. Thanks. Do any of you have friends or family in Portland that may have seen this individual? #womaninblack
