We know that that there good and bad people, including good and bad cops. It only make sense for cops to have some sort of real rational deterrent. My humbled initial suggestion was bodycams. But the most recent event jarred my memory of other events where cops have gotten away with many murders without ANY reprimand. Police brutality has and is still a major problem. LOCKING there hindparts up should do the trick.
