We live in a day where more than ever we need the strength of one another! I have found friendships grow and more encouragement in our singles group at church at a time when Ive desperately needed it! Talk to your pastor, any group is a great asset to a church! A singles ministry isnt about hooking up, its about being there for one another, ones that have the same struggles and just living in this state of singleness. Just as a church is the mother of the body groups provide specific ministries for individual needs, whether it be youth, married , elders or singles! There is power in numbers, this scripture came to mind! Pray this encourages! Ecclesiastes 4:12: Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
