We live in a society where you are labelled a fat shamer when you discuss/highlight obesity or weight-related problems. I even get it from the vegan community and I have to tell you - I dont care. I dont care if you hate me for speaking the truth, I will still speak it anyway. Its not a popularity contest for me or a vehicle for my own personal fame. I accept that a lot of people hate me and thats none of my business. What I do care about is being passionately real and honest with people instead of lulling them into a false sense of security. I care about helping others become the healthiest vegan they can be - and my track record is pretty darn good. It absolutely breaks my heart when I see people dying prematurely, suffering debilitating disease and seeing obese children becoming the norm. I will never stay silent on things that matter. If this line of thinking does not resonate with you then by all means unfollow me.
