We lost a friend this week. His wife lost her soul mate, his siblings lost their brother, his parents lost their son and his 4 kids ages 1 to 11 lost their dad. Its always sad to lose someone and when that person has young kids, its impossibly horrific. May his devastated wife find strength to get through this. Our community has come together to help her by cooking meals for the family. There is a website being set up to donate money for his wife and 4 young kids. His 11 year-old, who is friends with my son and in his class, is taking this very hard. Darin was the coach of all of his sport teams. To be taken from his family at 37 years old is tragic.
