We love that Australian students will now be able to take work studies as an elective subject in years 9 and 10. This course is aimed at preparing the student for the workforce with emphasis being on tweaking social media profiles and improving their online and offline communication skills. We think this is a great move by ACARA but would have preferred to see it as a mandatory subject. Our School Leavers course covers all of this and more.
