We {myself included} need to take off our demographic blinders and look outside whatever prism we are stuck in. We should never speak ill, judge or characterize a group or discriminate against someone we cant possibly understand. If we do not know where a person comes from, their current circumstance, how a person has lived, what a person has been through, we do not have the right to criticize, judge or play down what they are feeling or going through. We are so quick to judge others though we havent walked a mile in their shoes or lived a day in their life. We are quick to make generalizations on people or groups. And if we are Bible believing Christians our words towards others regardless of how we feel should still remain - noble, right, pure, -- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy -- think on these things. We should swap the negative assumptions and words that tear down and exchange them for something positive and when we have nothing good to say... dig down deep and find even a mustard seed of empathy, sympathy, nourish seeds of compassion and if nothing else, pray about it. Times are difficult, situations appear hopeless and lines seem drawn but it need not be so. Lastly, if we are relying on superficial mainstream media to make up our minds about anything by what they say, do or show us, shame on us.
