We need a Constitutional Sheriff in every Wisconsin County, who will SUPPORT AND DEFEND our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, brought to FULL FORCE and AFFECT upon our elected usurping Republican and Democrat despots, limiting them to the limited eighteen powers and spending itemized under Article I Section 8, pursuant to the Supremacy clause of Article VI clause 2. These laws shall be re-engaged to full force and affect by the passage of a State of Wisconsin Joint Sovereignty Resolution with Arrest Provision along with vital companion legislation to prepare all WI Law Enforcement and Wisconsin National Guard units to not only support and defend our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, but pursuant to these laws, incremental State nullification of all Federal spending, usurpation, and Unlawful Acts of Congress and the Executive branch. Furthermore, corresponding State incremental nullification of all withholding taxes, employment taxes and income taxes shall commence, in compliance with the findings and rulings of The Supreme Court of the U.S., so that our Wisconsin Middle Class paychecks are doubled in size, so that our State and the people have the money necessary to handle and/or pay for everything they decide the want, need or desire, from our home Country of Wisconsin Government or as handled by or paid for by the people as required by the Tenth Amendment, the supreme law of the land. Doubling the size of all Wisconsin citizen paychecks will result in economic booms for each of our cities and towns as small businessmen scramble to build new manufacturing plants and businesses in the attempt to meet the massive additional demand by the Middle Class. Whereas and wherefore OUR Ninth Amendment states; The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Whereas and wherefore OUR Tenth Amendment states; The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Federalist #33: “But it will not follow from this doctrine that acts of the large society which are NOT PURSUANT to its constitutional powers, but which are invasions of the residuary authorities of the smaller societies, will become the supreme law of the land. These will be merely acts of usurpation, and will deserve to be treated as such.” – Alexander Hamilton Federalist #45: “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government, are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.” – James Madison We have such honorable and noble Constitutional Sheriffs in Wisconsin. All of this can and MUST BE DONE, to restore our individual Rights, our economy, our individual prosperity, our FREEDOM and the felicity of our home Country of Wisconsin, which according to the preamble of The Constitution is one of the free and sovereign States which forms a more more perfect Union.
