We need, how inconsistent they are with fundamental liberties, statutes that empower authorities to make preventive detention and to some extent, suspend those given rights. This is clearly sanctioned by our own Federal Constitution. So, in one hand, we wanted to extensively support the "liberation" of our fundamental liberties and essential rights, but on the other hand, a growing fear of crimes and threats demand us to realize that some people are very dangerous if given the same opportunity to the same representation. So, what would it be then?
