We need national publication persons email address. It is not in the directory. We were told it was Gloria Michael? We need to have Cheyenne Baxley scholarship thank you speech put in Horsetales. She did write one and sent it by email to the National Scholarship chair person. We were told it was not read due to she was not in attendance at convention. Rule book does not state she has to be there she can designate someone to read it for her. We would like it published in Horsetales. She greatly appreciates the scholarship funds she was given. We had a family reunion and family birthday is why she was not in attendance. I told the Scholarship chair person at Queens Barrel race we would not be there and why.
