We need state #singlepayer #Medicare4all #hcao because health care even in MA where theyve had Romneycare/Obamacare for years is problematic, as state expenditures on health care are 42% of the budget and is unable to really control the costs. The private financing system is inefficient, violates human rights and needs to be replaced with a public financing system that gives us all more freedom to choose any licensed private provider as people do in Canada and many other countries. We cant wait to let the private system become even more entrenched and then try to change it, as they are attempting in Massachusetts now.
