We now fly across Saudi Arabia’s desert scape to reach Dubai. From the air, hundreds of ocean going freighters dot the blue sea. From the air, Dubai is sand brown, slightly lighter in colour than the surrounding desert. Multilane highways criss-cross this small Arab Emirate and disappear into endless sand. There is a haze, I dont even see the worlds tallest building (808 meters), the Burj until near landing. The Red Falcons await to pick me up and take me to their bike shop/clubhouse. Let the games begin!
