We often sulk, discuss and sometimes even overdiscuss the things from past, not just excuse them as mere discussion but justify our minds with rational, lame excuses that we are simply discussing it. The fact is that we are recalling them every now which means that we are still living in the past, giving our our energies to futile pursuits, inviting similar things( law of attraction), ruining our present, and seeing ourselves and our endless endevours to stay in the present, our efforts change the paradigm of thoughts and enjoy the present going for a toss.
