We ordered the Australian Mussels, Charcoal Black Angus Steak, Black Angus Burger, Yuzu Fried Chicken, Roast Chicken. Mussels we had to send back, way too salty and not fresh, had a distinct "fishy" taste. Black Angus Burger too much bun not enough meat. Cheese flavour overpowered everything. Some lettuce, onion, and a slice of tomato would have been great. Fried chicken was no better than Chicken Tender Strips at KFC. The Roast Chicken looked amazing but was a bit too dry and lacked flavour as all the herbs and spices were only on the skin. Steak was too chewy and needed salt. I could only taste a tiny hint of the charcoal.
