We passed the sewer impact fee with no public comment. The increase will be $256 for each new residential unit and will take affect in 90 days. At the conference today, I attended several classes on being and staying healthy and having programs for citizens to do that. A lot of ideas on what we could do. Also, a class on commercial revitalization and one on how our changing demographics affects housing.
