I selected one specific collection we have in stock, and did a little research. Heres what I found. Our everyday price was lower than theirs for the very same items . They offer free delivery during a four-hour window on a day they select. Free home delivery means they will bring 7 pieces of furniture to your front door, unassembled and in boxes. For an additional charge, they will offer white glove service, which means they will deliver furniture to your back yard, unbox everything, and haul the boxes away, still leaving you with seven pieces of unassembled furniture. The customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful She even called the store nearest me to inquire whether the customer could pay extra for assembly service. None is available. Keep It Casual has this particular set in stock. We do charge a small fee for local delivery, but... We include all assembly, and we will happily set your furniture up on your front porch/back yard/poolside/upstairs deck - wherever you like. You set your delivery schedule, and we will even give you a call to let you know we are on our way. We will offer you personalized customer service, know you by name, remember what you purchased, and assist you with any replacement issues or the rare warranty claim.
