We recently have a shipment off go oversea due to some issue the receiver could not clear the shipment and request to ship back go malaysia. All email between shipping company was in the email, partner told me that custom had go dispose the shipment and cannot settle. But the problem was we were given 18 days for the letter of authorization (LOA), another excuse came that the shipping company must alert him before disposal. Than he said you also in the email why u did not response, I was very busy. Im having problem now to pay back my client the product cos the problem is not the Custom and as every business partner know that I dont lie my way through business, how can I bear with this cost is down not justify and fair. Tell me What is your said If you are in this situation?
