We recently opened up one end of our 1959 Aljo to do some repair - TopicsExpress

We recently opened up one end of our 1959 Aljo to do some repair around the large front window and just some general cleaning, etc. We found the original floor covering (wish I could find some more!). We have the original upholstery on the cushions and I was able to clean them really well. (Refer to the picture and Ill tell ya how I done it!) I also have the original curtains that are in excellent shape but I like the roller blinds that the previous owner installed. My hubby and I bought this camper about a year and a half ago out of Austin TX. We live in middle Georgia. Only a few changes have been made to it over the years. Paint stripped, new flooring by the first owner (originally from Colorado). The folks that we bought it from had a new closet door made to accommodate venting for the AC installed. My hubby and I have added additional storage but everything we have added can be removed and still leave the original camper intact. He did not add any additional screws, nails, etc. to the walls.
