We regret to announce that our bass player since the beginning, JD - TopicsExpress

We regret to announce that our bass player since the beginning, JD Acid, recently decided to leave Sin7sinS. We would like to thank JD for more than six years of loyalty, dedication and friendship. He’ll be missed as a band member but of course remains our friend! Over the years we’ve played a lot of great shows and tours together. But most importantly, we had loads of fun! Read JD’s statement below. Dear Sinners, I’d like you to know that after long consideration and hesitation I’ve decided to leave Sin7sinS. I take this decision knowing that my friends in Sin7sinS will move on with what we’ve started together many years ago. There is a really great new album coming up! But the whole process of writing, recording, releasing and promoting a new album requires a lot of time, effort and dedication from each band member. More than I have to offer these days since I’d like to spend more time doing other things besides playing music. I’d like to thank Sin7sinS for all the great shows, tours and two albums we’ve done together and I’m grateful for all the new friends I’ve made over the years. I also like to thank the fans who’ve supported us and kept coming to our shows. I’ll miss talking to you at the merch stand. With Sin7sinS I’ve achieved more than I ever thought I would with a band and I know the best for Sin7sinS is still yet to come! I know you’ll be doing more shows and tours from which, damn it, I’m going to regret to miss out on. Surely I’ll be in the audience from time to time. And of course I wish all the best to the new bass player! Cheers, JD. Fortunately Sin7sinS is glad to announce that weve already found a new bass player who listens to the name ‘Corbin Crow’! We’ve already done a few rehearsals with him which have been going really well. We’re confident that he will do a great job and are looking forward to have him on stage with us. Corbin will be joining us on our next shows and together we’ll finish the work on our new album, which will be released this year. As you may understand this change in band line-up has kept us quite busy the last few months, since we were still in the process of recording the songs for our upcoming album when JD shared his decision with us. We hope to be able to announce a release date for the new album rather soon. Keep checking our website and Facebook-page!
