We returned home this morning from Emilys first round of chemo. She has handled it amazingly. We had Mri on Thursday and it took 3 painful attempts for the jelco so it was left in overnight for Fridays chemo. She has had no sickness so far, just a bit tired today but we did get up early to get home! Unfortunately 1 more needle has been added to the list (every month) we didnt expect, but Emily is tough and we will get there in the end. Now she has to endure weekly bloods till round 2. The whole process was made easier by the nurses taking lots of time to talk us through it all and kept asking if we have any questions. We would still like to thank everyone for their continued love and support.
