We sang our best version of Happy Birthday to you, we shouted hip hip hooray today is your day every time we spoke; however, Ive spent all day thinking of how to express my birthday wishes to you! Not knowing the words to show how I understand how empty but full your heart must be today kept me from sharing how much I love you! Youre one amazing Mom, Gaggy, and friend to so many :) Youve been a rock to us all, especially during an unexpected time ... Youve taken on so many roles to be there for us all, youre doing more than I believe you thought you ever could, and you are handling it with such grace because 10 years from now itll still be okay to let the tears roll down our cheeks whenever we need them too ... Your poise, compassion, and wisdom are just a few of the qualities I admire most :) We are like most typical mother/daughter relationships with our ups/downs highs/lows, but no matter what we stand by each other, we work through our differences, talk daily, and support one another despite whatever feeling we may or may not agree with :) If I dont tell you enough, Im telling you now, Im honored to call you my mom! You deserve to make a wish this year on your birthday candles that finds you peace, joy, and strength that lasts all year celebrating YOU ...
