We seldom bake sweets around here anymore, but tonight, the husband asked specifically if I had some of the Banana Nut Bread Muffin Mix? Yep! But it looked so boring when I opened...so, instead of water, I used milk, doubled the recipe, mashed up a banana and added to the mix...then mixed extra walnuts into the mix, and put on top, making it in a small pan, 9X9 instead of muffins. The husband cant hush about how good. And it was. lol! Yum!
