We set goals that are too big & overwhelming. Our goals wither in the paralysis of procrastination. If you want to exercise more dont create an elaborate time consuming, complex plan that requires lots of motivation & persistence. Just go out your front door, walk for ten minutes in any direction & return. One day per week, then add another day, then another. Deciding to clean your entire house will make you want to crawl back into bed. Whats your favorite room? Whats your favorite place to be in that room? Spend one hour cleaning your favorite spot in your favorite room. One puzzle piece at a time, gradually it will all fit together.
