We shall title this day the long, trying, most excellent day. Started out that we were meeting Joe Scot at the Hospital so he could start his pre-testing for transplant. Yep, Joe IS IT. While visiting with his nurse found out Beth actually had a gruelling day of test, office visits, and then radiation. BUT the most excellent news is that we now have a PLAN. YES a PLAN that goes beyond tomorrow. Did i mentioned its also My Birthday. We (she) has to endure another 8 radiation treatments, one a day till . . . you guessed it Sunday 11/23. WHICH means we get to come home for Thanksgiving. Turkeys be ware. On 11/28 we (she) are back on our heads (old joke more later) cause we start the transplant prep in the hospital. We enter the hospital black Friday, Joe starts harvest prep the following Monday and if all goes well they will harvest cells 12/4 and transplant the same day. We ll be in the hospital another 30 days from there. PLUS we need to be in ST Louis area for another 60 days just in case. Its no cake walk but looks great from where we sit. What a plan. God Willing we are pumped. God Bless
