We sincerely hope everyone had a happy and safe Christmas. This year has been an exciting year at Gearty Law and we were fortunate to be able to help so many of you. We have some new additions that we are planning for 2015 to be able to better serve everyone and serve more people. By mid to late January we expect Josh Harshberger to be a fully licensed attorney and we plan to promote him to the position of associate attorney. Given his prior experience, we plan to begin representing professionals with license issues, ie: nursing license, medical license, or any other professional license issued by the state. We also plan to begin handling both individual and business bankruptcy cases by end of February, if not sooner. We plan to do more business advising and plan to handle more appeals to the PA Superior and Supreme Courts, as well as appeals and other issues in Federal Court. Of course, we plan to continue to offer all of the services that we current offer and will continue to provide high quality services at a reasonable rate.
