We started eating organic foods in December 2012 and had thought that our grocery bills would go through the roof because of the prices. Since were no longer buying foods that contain high fructose corn syrup and chemical additives, we are actually eating less and as a result buying less food. I have a non-celiac sensitivity to gluten so we are not buying any foods that contain wheat, rye or barley. We are eating gluten-free cereals, breads, crackers and pastas, and I bake all my own breads, rolls and crackers with Bobs Red Mill Gluten-Free Flour. Will also be cutting out dairy products from our daily diets. I have finally found the secret in keeping off the weight by eating organic foods, eliminating meat, wheat, sugar and dairy. My intention is not to tell anyone what to eat. Im just glad to share my success story.
