We stayed here one night at the beginning of our trip & one night at the end. Its located right near the old quarter but far enough that it was never that loud. Our room both nights were very clean and it was great having an elevator for when we had our luggage. Breakfast was simple but cant complain since its included with the room! The staff was probably what made it a great stay. They were incredibly helpful with booking a one day tour to Sa Pa for us which many other people said was impossible (definitely not but a bit tiring). When we unexpectedly arrived back at 3am from our Sa Pa tour the hotel let us crash in their restaurant area until a room opened up early in the morning & let us check in without any extra charge. Also while we were heading to the airport on our last day the hotel manager, Tony came rushing behind our taxi via scooter to return one of my friends credit card! If that didnt seal the deal on service at this hotel Im not sure what could. Thank you for everything! PS. About two blocks away is the best coffee shop, Cong Caphe, which I highly recommend!
