We still are trying to figure out what our next move will be. We are still waiting to consult with our doctor in Cincinnati and with the doctors at Sloan Kettering. Aiden is getting a higher dose of the chemo this week, then he has gotten in the last several months. He got the 1st of 5 doses today. And will get the next 4 doses over the next 4 days. So far he is feeling okay. He was able to go to his first cub scouts meeting tonight. I forgot to take a picture of him in his uniform. He was adorable. Westerville South delivered on Friday. Aiden was an honorary captain, did the coin flip, joined the team in the locker room, and led the team onto the field. One of the captains took him over to the student section and they all chanted Aidens Army. It was pretty amazing. I was in tears. And then they won the game, like they told Aiden they were going to do for him. He keeps asking when we are going to the next football game:) thank you to all of you who came out to support Aiden and the Wildcats!! Today Aiden got a text today from a former Wildcat and current Pittsburgh Steeler, Lance Moore. How cool is that! He has missed out on so much over the last two years, and these kind gestures mean so much to us! Thank you to Sharon Dewey and Joelle Smith who took on making the Aidens Army shirts again this year!! Thank you to Bonnie Baumgartner-Zimmerman and Margene Wray for meals!! Dont forget to sign up for the CureSearch walk September 28th at the Columbus Zoo. Go to CureSearchwalk.org go to Columbus Walk and Join Aidens Army. Thank you to everyone who has already signed up!! A special thank you to the Cliftons and Lori and Alexandra Miller for all of your help Friday night!! We raised almost $900 on tee shirt, wristbands, and gold ribbon sales and donations!
