We take the work that we do very seriously. The treatments and interventions that we provide have effects that can be measured; we can look at a patients blood pressure, or heart rate, or EKG, and easily quantify what effect weve had on their physical condition. What is not as easily quantified, but is just as profound as any medication, is the impact that others can have on our emotional health. When we are injured, or sick, or even just experiencing problems in our own lives, a good story or a good laugh can make all the difference. The world lost one of its greatest entertainers today. Robin Williams has, through the years, brought some of our most beloved characters to life. We hope that this man, who brought happiness to so many people, has found peace himself.
