We talk in Barbershops and beauty salons, post on fb and tweet on twitter about what the city should do but after 3 Public input sessions in a City of almost 250,000 people, we only have input from about 1,400 on the Pier. So when the final decision is made, if it tuns out to be something YOU didnt want, you wont have anyone to blame but yourself. If you would like to give your input the remaining meetings will be held: Monday, June 30 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Lake Vista Recreation Center, 1401 62nd Ave. S. Wednesday, July 2 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. J.W. Cate Recreation Center. 5801 22nd Ave. N. For those who are unable to attend one of the sessions may complete the questionnaire online at stpete.org/piersurvey and submit any comments to the Working Group. Im also getting ready to post some dates for some Economic Development Public info sessions and I hope we can get more community participation in the process.
