We tend to take advantage of people who love and care about us. We hurt them because we know that they will forgive us. We take them for granted because we believe that they will always be around. We stop making an effort to keep them happy, we become too comfortable and content in the knowledge that they love us. We do painful things to them because we know they will bear it. But in the process we fail to consider the fact that while we are bruising them, someone else is healing them. And no matter how much a person loves and cares about you, there will come a point where they cannot take it anymore, because no matter how much they love you, every human being has a limit, a ceiling to what they can tolerate. And the tragedy then, is that by the time we realise the value of such people, they have gone, and reached a point of no return. Never drive a loyal person to a point where they no longer give a damn.
