We the People of the United States of America have 25% of the worlds prisoners, BECAUSE, or government asserts sovereign immunity, You try negotiating with an “absolutely immune” sincerely ignorant, conscientiously stupid, “malicious or corrupt judge” (Pierson v. Ray, 386 U.S. 547 (1967)) with an “absolutely immune” malicious or dishonest prosecutor (Imbler v. Pachtman, 424 U. S. 409 (1976)), the “absolutely immune” knowingly false testimony by police officers, (Briscoe v. LaHue, 460 U.S. 325 (1983)) or malicious, corrupt, dishonest, sincerely ignorant and conscientiously stupid actions of all persons (including spouses) -- governmental or otherwise -- who were integral parts of the judicial process (Briscoe v. LaHue, 460 U.S. 325 (1983)). This creates ABSOLUTE POWER to the ABSOLUTE CORRUPTION of inalienable rights!!!! Thus We the People have no more rights than Hitler’s, Stalins, Maos or King George III (1738-1820) peasants. We the People of the United States of America in 1776 fought a war to eliminate the sovereign immunity of the King. In 1788 We the People incorporated ourselves under a constitution to further eliminate sovereign immunity and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. When an unconstitutional Article III Court self-servingly creates sovereign immunity out of thin air to COVER THEIR ASS!!! We the People NEED to take our Country back form the 5 of 9 Article III unconstitutional Supreme court Justices to again establish our inalienable rights... it is a general and indisputable rule that where there is a legal right, there is also a legal remedy by suit or action at law whenever that right is invaded (Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 163 (1803)). The Royalist 1%, the Supreme Court and others, assert our rights are just “continual calumniations” and/or “vexatious actions. (Bradley v. Fisher, 80 U.S. 335 (1871), Page 80 U. S. 348 and 349, Pierson v. Ray, 386 U.S. 547 (1967), Page 386 U. S. 554).
