We this inmate in the Penn once, his name was Alberta. He a goofy country kid who used to do things like ride the floor buffer down the hall on 3rd shift when the floors were being stripped and waxed. Sadly he got passed around alot down the rock(read between lines there). One summer, this guy was sporting a mowhawk as his haircut for the whole summer. One day he asked me what I thought his face and head would look like if he shaved his Mowhawk down to a little patch just above his forehead ..... I said, A giant pussy .....
