We volunteer as campground hosts with the California State Parks during the summer and have served at Patricks Point State Park the past 3 seasons. This park is next to the ocean on the Northern California coast and gets heavy fog and moisture with little sun. Last season we had to come home for 10 days, leaving all heating systems off in the AF. Upon our return, we flipped on the heat and the coach was warm and comfortable in 5 minutes, a testament to the insulating properties of the Arctic Fox. All cupboards and closet contents were perfectly dry ! This 2012 295T is our second Arctic Fox (previous being a 265C). Having owned several other brands over the years we cant imagine doing the extended damp camping we do each season in anything other than a Northwood product. -Kevin Manning
