We want to clear up any concern for our recent campaign for donations. Genesis is in NO WAY in financial troubles. We have had a few unexpected repairs come our way that have had an impact on our budgets this season. As any non profit organization, we operate on a very tight budget and watch our finances very closely. In addition we are constantly in need of donations and financial support in order to operate at this level. With the recent success and high level of performance our members have obtained we have had to increase our spending and we have had some unexpected expenses and simply want to ensure they have everything needed to finish at the highest level they deserve. We are trying raise an additional $5000 in order to recover the additional repair expenses that were not in the budget. This money will go towards the purchasing of the extras needed and will allow us to make sure that, should any other major issues happen, we can continue without a problem.
