We wanted to make sure that you did something really nice for your mom today; and breakfast in bed is the best way to say I love you! These are made from the Peanut Butter & Jelly Mix and take time to set. Some of the mixes that have a lot of extra freeze dried powders in them, like this one and the Banana Bread may need a little extra time to set. This mix takes about 10 minutes to set. Make sure it looks like the pic below before you pour it on the griddle. They do take time to cook on the first side as well. Be sure to let the first side cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 3 minutes. Watch the edges to make sure they are slightly browned and the top is bubbling.
