We welcome all freshers to IIT. The fascinating journey starts now. You are the cream of the nation and the whole world is eagerly waiting for your contribution to humanity. Small or big every contribution is crucial and most important learning is how to learn. Where to go to find solution faster and the apply the knowledge to create miracles. Do know there is huge difference between us and rest of world. When we can do things better than 10yrs exp person, that is seen as threat. So apart from excelling you need to learn how to be patience and humble so that you can be accepted in an organization and gain practical experience & finance as well. Those who want to be leader there are entrepreneur program run by each IIT and I also have entrepreneur incubation centers where one can get all facilities & funds to do what you want to do. We are knowing new things at a tremendous pace and you need to keep the holistic view of world at large and still be an expert in a particular field in which you want to operate. We have been successful in countless fields from science & technology to non technical like management and finance. Do join the Largest IITians grp. Apart from having fun & bhating.
